Chapter 45 of the Bethel Park Municipal Code requires all owners of rental property located within the Municipality of Bethel Park to file a Tenant Occupancy Report.  The Report provides vital information about any and all tenant(s) renting, leasing, or otherwise occupying space within the property, as well as important information that is required for tax and sewage billing.  The report is due within 30 days of any change in the occupancy of the property.

Failure to file a Tenant Occupancy Report when required could result a fine of $300.00, or 30 days imprisonment for each day the violation continues.  In addition, failure to file this form could delay the receipt of tax and sewage bills, resulting in the application of penalties and interest on unpaid balances.

If you have not already done so, please complete the Tenant Occupancy Report (download here). On this Report, property owners are required to list all properties under their ownership, control, or possession that are located within the Municipality of Bethel Park, regardless of whether the property is occupied or vacant.

When completed, you must return the form to Jordan Tax Service. You can deliver it to Jordan Tax Service either in-person, via mail (7100 Baptist Road, Bethel Park, PA 15102), or by placing it in the orange tax drop box located in the lower parking lot of the Bethel Park Municipal Building.  If you have any questions, please contact Jordan Tax Service's Bethel Park Office at 412-835-7676.
