The Department of Planning and Zoning provides assistance to residents and developers on land use issues. The services of the Municipal Planning Department include but are not limited to subdivision applications, land development applications and zoning related issues. Pre-application conferences are required for all Subdivision and Land Development applications.

The office of Planning and Zoning is located in the Community Services Department on the first floor of the Bethel Park Municipal Building and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
