The 2008 Memorial Day rememberance will begin with a ceremony in front of the Municipal Building at 8:00 am, the annual Memorial Day Parade at 9:00 am, and a ceremony at Bethel Presbyterian Cemetery following the parade.  No-Lien Letter: |
- The purpose of a No-Lien Letter is to ensure that individuals selling a property located in the Municipality are not delinquent on Municipal Taxes.
- The responsibility to obtain a No-Lien Letter rests with the seller of the property.
- No-Lien Letters may be obtained by contacting
- Agents/Sellers should allow 7 business days for the completion of the No-Lien Letter by Centax
- The fee for obtaining a No-Lien Letter is $10.00, payable to Centax

Realty Transfer Tax:
- All properties sold in the Municipality are subject to a 1.5% Realty Transfer Tax.
- The Realty Transfer Tax should be automatically included in the Closing Costs of the property.
