The 2008 Memorial Day rememberance will begin with a ceremony in front of the Municipal Building at 8:00 am, the annual Memorial Day Parade at 9:00 am, and a ceremony at Bethel Presbyterian Cemetery following the parade.  Dye Test Certification: |
- The purpose of the Dye Test is to ensure that storm water from the property is not entering the Sanitary Sewer System.
- All residential and commercial buildings are required to have a Dye Test performed on their property prior to sale or transfer of the deed.
- A registered plumber, who is certified by the Allegheny County Health Department, must perform the dye test; arrangements to have the dye test done are the responsibility of the parties involved in the sale/transfer of the property.
- The Municipal Dye Test fee is $25.00. Fees charged by plumbers vary depending on the property and type of test required. A full explanation of the process for completing the Dye Test is illustrated on the

Dye Test Exception:
If a dye test has been successfully completed within the past 24 months, you may utilize the most recent dye test results in lieu of having another test competed.
