The 2008 Memorial Day rememberance will begin with a ceremony in front of the Municipal Building at 8:00 am, the annual Memorial Day Parade at 9:00 am, and a ceremony at Bethel Presbyterian Cemetery following the parade. Come out and show your support for the Veterans of Bethel Park who have served throughout our nation's history. |

The Bethel Park Community Center continues to be the center of activity in the community. Frequently reserved for social and professional functions, the facility is becoming well known throughout the South Hills. The facility, with 18,100 sq. ft. of space, includes areas for special events and meetings.

A large multi-purpose room has seating to accommodate 300 and is capable of being divided into three separate rooms. The Community Center also includes separate youth and adult lounges, game room, catering-style kitchen, concession area and stage. Walking trails, playground equipment, and a lighted soccer/multi-purpose field are situated on the center’s grounds. Hours of operation are Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Friday - Saturday, 9 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.; and Sunday, 1 - 9 p.m. Call 412-851-2910 for room reservations or other information.
